On the second day of the 5-day national holiday, April 28, various entertainment spots in Ho Chi Minh saw a surge in number of visitors. Domestic and international visitors flocked to Thao Cam Vien (Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden) in District 1, Suoi Tien theme park in Thu Duc City. Visitors also used this holiday season to visit famous cultural and historical relics like Independence Palace, Saigon Central Post Office and Ho Chi Minh City Hall, to learn about the city’s history of independence on the occasion of the upcoming Reunification Day (April 30).
